The Hampshire Green Fair

Today was the day of the wonderful Hampshire Green Fair! So, after Hannah's morning ride we took our picnic and headed over to enjoy the afternoon. We met lots of friends, explored the yurts and tipi's,looked at all the stalls (and bought a few things too!). We talked to organic farmers, watched the children's 'under the sea' parade, listened to trees and had a really good time. Hannah ran around playing with her friends, and making a few new ones, and had the best time!!
The Childrens Area - they had chalk carving, wooden toys, art and craft and all sorts for the children to do.

Listening to the trees.

We met these lovely little bats and learnt all about them from the very friendly and knowledgeable man with them who answered all Hannah's questions and told her lots of fascinating bat facts.

This is Hannah inside the Yurt which can be rented out for camping - although Hannah doesn't like that idea as apparently it is too dark!!

Enjoying the parade.

More Parade

Leading the 'under the sea' parade back to the childrens area.

After such a busy day Hannah was tired, so she hitched a lift back on the picnic hamper - she does have some funny ideas lol !
