History Group and Crabbing

Yesterday was our fortnightly history session and this week we looked at Lewis Carroll who wrote Alice In Wonderland.

The children learned a little about Lewis Carroll's life, and then Claire read them a short version of Alice In Wonderland.

After the story they all made jam tarts !

History group finished at lunch time, and Hannah was keen to go to Canoe Lake to meet up with her best friend Melissa, her brother and another family and go crabbing!

They had a great time a caught 14 crabs between the 6 children! Then they let them all go again and played in the splash pool and playground until it was time to go home.
