Hannah's Flower Photographs

Yesterday we arrived early at Hannah's Yoga class, so early that we had time to go to the Rock Gardens on Southsea seafront for a walk with granddad and a chance for Hannah to take some more flower pictures.

A reflector is a cheap item of equipment but it can really help to boost your flower photographs to the next level. When positioned close to an individual plant it can be angled so that it directs light into shadow areas to reveal detail and to reduce contrast. It can also be used to shade plants from harsh, direct sunlight if it isn’t overcast.

Gorgeous shots ! Flower photography is a make or break art. The making and the breaking is done is the smallest increments as you slowly adjust the aperture, shutter speed, and exposure.
